Try EyeSpy
Ask for something you can't see. EyeSpy tells you where it is, then talks your hand onto it.
Turn your sound on. This is a simulation of the EyeSpy experience, using a drawn scene instead of a live camera, so it works anywhere and needs no permissions. Everything is spoken aloud and written out below.

Your turn
Choose something to find:
EyeSpy has found it in the room. Move to where it said, then let it guide your hand.
Your hand is the outline on the table. Move it with the arrows, your keyboard's arrow keys, or by dragging. Listen for the directions.
hand
Up is forward, away from you. Down is back, towards you.
Found. That's the whole EyeSpy idea: first the room, then the hand.

Conversation
1. Ask out loud
Say what you need: "Help me find my teaspoon." No menus, no typing.
2. Hear where it is
Scan the room with your phone. EyeSpy names what it sees and tells you where the object is, relative to you.
3. Be guided to it
At the spot, EyeSpy watches your hand and the object together, giving small spoken steps until you touch it.
EyeSpy is in development as a Progressive Web App that runs in the phone's browser, with no special hardware. This page is a simulation of how it works. It is designed with neurodivergent and trauma-informed principles. Provisional patent application No. 2026902405, IP Australia.
